Trials for Oscar SSE Elite Program for U13, U15 and U18 is now open

OSCAR SSE, an AIFF Accredited Academy invites all U13, U15 and U18 players from all Socio-Economic backgrounds for football trials to join our existing Elite teams to train round the year and to compete in the cities and countries Elite Youth Competitions.

Venue: Cooperage Stadium, Colaba

Age Groups and Reporting Time on June 8th: 
U13 – Born on or after Jan 1st 2006 – Reporting Time at 1.30pm
U15 – Born on or after Jan 1st 2004 – Reporting Time at 2.30pm
Selections on June 9th:
U18 – Born on or after Jan 1st 2001 – Reporting Time at 1.30pm

The programme offers Personal Nutrition sessions, Physiotherapy support for Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, Psychological as well as regular Class Room theory sessions to develop a complete player.

The OSCAR SSE Elite Program is Mumbai’s Elite Football Program which is led by OSCAR Foundation, a registered non-profit organisation and Soccer Schools of Excellence (SSE), a dedicated grassroots academy in Mumbai, both operating since 2010. 

Oscar SSE Elite Team Coaches:

Suhel Nair (Head of Youth Development – Oscar SSE) – A former Maharashtra state player who has played professionally in Mumbai & Kerala. AFC ‘B’ licence holder (currently appearing for his AFC ‘A’ license) and has vast coaching experience across India.

Oscar Alva (Head Coach – Oscar SSE U-18) – AFC ‘C’ license holder (currently appeared for his AFC ‘B’ license) , FA Level 1. Has been the Head Coach for 2nd Division I league team, Kenkre FC. Has been coaching some of the most esteemed teams in Mumbai at school and district level.

Nihal Chandran (Coach – Oscar SSE U-15) – Former Mahindra United & Mumbai FC player. He holds an AFC ‘C’ Licence and is also a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach. Nihal was previously heading the coaching team at FCB Escola in Mumbai.

To Bring to trials: 2 Passport size photos, Copy of Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card and TW3 Bone Age Report (if previously taken only)
