SSE BFC Soccer Schools Announces Open Trials for 2025-26 Season in Mumbai

SSE Soccer Schools, one of Mumbai’s longest-standing football academies, has announced open trials for its 2025-26 SSE BFC Soccer Schools program in partnership with Indian Super League club Bengaluru FC.

The trials, scheduled for May 2025 at two prominent Mumbai venues, aim to identify and nurture football talent across multiple youth age groups.

Founded in 2010, SSE Soccer Schools has played a significant role in the city’s grassroots football ecosystem, providing training and development opportunities to thousands of young players. The academy’s collaboration with Bengaluru FC (BFC) brings a structured player pathway, offering access to BFC’s residential program at the Inspire Institute of Sports (IIS), Bellary. Over the years, several SSE-trained players have progressed to clubs like BFC, Mumbai City FC, Reliance teams, and have received state and national call-ups, reflecting the academy’s impact on player development.

- U9: Born in 2017 or 2018
- U11: Born in 2015 or 2016
- U13: Born in 2013 or 2014
- U15: Born in 2011 or 2012

- 1st Round: May 11, 2025
- 2nd Round: May 15, 2025
- 3rd Round: May 17, 2025
Age Groups (Boys & Girls):
- U9: Born in 2017 or 2018
- U11: Born in 2015 or 2016
- U13: Born in 2013 or 2014
- U15: Born in 2011 or 2012
- U17: Born in 2009 or 2010
Reporting Time:
- U9 & U11: 8:30 am
- U13, U15 & U17: 2:30 pm

Eligibility: Open to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane-based players only.
Registration Fee: ₹299 (all rounds, inclusive of taxes).

What to Bring

Participants are required to carry:

Soft copy of Aadhar and Birth Certificate
Full football attire (kit, studs/turfs, stockings, shin guards, change of clothes, towel, water, snack)
Enthusiasm and respect for the game

Program Highlights for SSE BFC 2025-26 Season

Selected players will train three times a week, participate in matches, and benefit from a holistic player development model. The program offers:

Participation in district, state, and national tournaments (MFA YPL, DPDL, WIFA State League, AIFF Youth Leagues)
