IKF bring UK’s Expertise in India – Scouting Training Courses Launched!

India Khelo Football (IKF) – One of the Biggest People led Grassroots initiative in India under the mentorship of ProSoccerGlobal has collaborated with UK based PFSA – World’s largest Scout Association to develop a complete grassroots ecosystem in India.

IKF under the mentorship of ProSoccerGlobal has partnered with PFSA to work towards the goal of uplifting grassroots football in India by increasing the number of opportunities and by creating various football development platforms. This partnership has been announced on the 24th of April and it has already created a lot of buzz and excitement around it. 

They have together launched Talent Identification Level 1 course in India with a view to start the process of developing Scouting Ecosystem of European level in India. They have launched two options:

• Option 1: PFSA certified Level 1 Course only at Rs.4100
• Option 2: PFSA certified Level 1 Course + ProSoccerGlobal certified Course + Paid Internship Opportunity to Top 40 with IKF as a Scout at Rs.6750

ProSoccerGlobal’s course will be conducted by Jimmy Hayes – Academy Scout at Manchester City and Chris McGrath – Licensed Intermediator, FA via an online session to cover the Four Corners Players assessment. They will select Top 40 students who will be offered Paid Internship as a Scout by IKF. Hence, in a way, if you excel in the course you can earn your fees back.

And that is not all, if all goes well with respect to Covid; Top 40 guys will also get the opportunity to attend a classroom session in Mumbai with Premier League Scouts!

The PFSA’s courses are globally renowned. Big English clubs like Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, and many more have worked with PFSA to improve their talent recognition. 

Anyone who is passionate about Football is eligible. You need not be a player or a coach but should know about the game in detail and should be ready to travel for a scouting internship. At the end of the course, you shall receive e-certificates by PFSA and ProSoccerGlobal.
