Sellebrity FC down Sea View SC 3-2

A determined Sellebrity FC worked hard to carve out a close 3-2 win against FSI Sea View SC in an Elite Division match of the Rustomjee-MDFA League 2019-2020 and played at the Cooperage ground on Wednesday.

Striker Manish Koli with a double strike (35th and 79th minutes) was the star of Sellebrity’s win while Shailesh Jadhav (69th minute) was also on target for the winners. Sea View fought well and scored once in each half through Tanmay Rai and Riddesh Bhakle. The latter’s late strike had brought up the hopes of a late comeback but Sellebrity defence stood tall to deny them the equalizer.

Earlier, Central Railway SA took off on the right track and blanked Maharashtra State Police 2-0. Krishna Naidu and Sajan Deepsingh netted a goal each to complete Central Railways successful outing.
