WIFA Women’s Football League: Jahnavi stars in Spark FC’s commendable win

Jahnavi Shetty shines as Spark FC win big against Snigmay Football Club in today’s WIFA Women’s Football League fixture.

In today’s game, Spark FC whipped half a dozen goals past Snigmay Football Club. Akanksha Kandalkar played a pivotal role in the team’s victory. She scored a brace at the half time. Akanksha dribbled past two defenders to score her first goal and scored a header on the second one at the 10th and 33rd minute respectively.

In the second half, Abeer Arsiwala scored the third goal to give Spark a commendable lead. Within a few minutes, Jahnavi Shetty’s show started. She scored her first goal at the 56th minute and went on to score the other two at the 74th and the 88th minute to complete her hat-trick.

Spark FC concluded the match with a laudable victory. They have 8 points from 5 matches whereas Snigmay bagged 7 points playing 5 games.
