MDFA First Division Play Off: Tata Power beat S.R. Renaissance
Mumbai: Tata Power went on to record a convincing 3-1 win against S.R. Renaissance in a First Division play-off match of the Rustomjee-MDFA League 2019-2020. The match was played at the Neville D’Souza ground, Bandra on Tuesday.
Forwards Surendra Shingade, Jay Bagade, and Bharat Barani scored a goal each to secure Tata Powers win while S.R. Renaissance pulled one back through Sean Braganza.
Earlier, Jeevies FC got the better of Somaiya Sports Academy by a narrow 1-0 margin with Aniket Sharma scoring the decisive winning goal.
