BBC had to settle for a draw against Dhobi Talao Young Boys

On 20th October, 2015 BBC had to settle for a 1-1 draw in their 1st Division game against Dhobi Talao Young Boys as they came back for the second consecutive time in their last two games.

BBC had their mark early in the game as they dominated the first half completely.

Cajetan Dias, BBC’s protagonist dictated their play for the majority of the match.

Although Dhobi Talao Young Boys had the first shot on target, Mohsin Shaikh’s curling free kick was saved by Zaid Shaikh.

Minutes later, BBC almost scored when Cajetan Dias’s free kick was almost headed in by Mujib Shaikh.

BBC kept the ball possession but couldn’t make enough impact as Dhobi Talao Young Boys had more number of shots on the target.

Mid way into the first half, Dhobi Talao’s Dipankar Dubey had two quickfire shot on target but eventually both of his efforts were saved, one of them was a 20 yard volley.

Both BBC and Dhobi Talao Young Boys went into the break with the score level at 0-0.

Dhobi Talao’s Tyran Fernandes made a fantastic impact in second half, his chip over the goalkeeper, Zaid Shaikh went just over the bar.

Although Tyran didn’t made any mistake two minutes later when he beat the offside trap and slotted his effort past BBC’s goalkeeper Zaid Shaikh, making it 1-0.

Mohsin Shaikh’s delightful ball proved too good for BBC’s defense.

Three minutes later, Tyran Fernandes could have sealed the match but his right footed shot just went wide.

BBC’s last match hero, Cajetan Dias finally made his impact in the second half when he pounced on the ball when Rahul Mejiyater’s initial shot was saved by Dhobi Talao’s goalkeeper, levelling the score at 1-1.

No further efforts were made by both the teams as they had to settle for a point.
