Sanchit Singh scores twice as Karnatak Sporting Association beats Mumbai Strikers SC

In the MFA Elite Premier League’s 37th match, Karnatak Sporting Association faced off against Mumbai Strikers SC at the Neville D’Souza Football Turf on a very hot and humid afternoon.

The match was dominated by Karnatak Sporting Association, who took the lead in the 24th minute through a goal from Sanchit Singh, the league’s leading goal scorer.

Karnatak Sporting Association continued to put pressure on Mumbai Strikers SC, and in the 68th minute, Advait scored the team’s second goal, his fifth of the season as he went to the third spot in the goal-scoring chart.

Karnatak Sporting Association looked in control of the match, with Mumbai Strikers unable to find the back of the net. In the 67th minute, Ankush Singh of Karnatak Sporting Association was shown a yellow card by referee Saket Bawiskar.

The match eventually ended in a 3-0 victory for Karnatak Sporting Association, with Sanchit Singh scoring his second goal of the match in the 77th minute taking his tally to nine goals in the season.

Despite the efforts of Mumbai Strikers, KSA dominated the match and earned a well-deserved victory. With this win, KSA now tops the table on goal difference with 13 points from five games.
