Rinaldo Fernandes scores hat-trick as The Oranje FC crushes Rudra FC

In the MFA Elite Premier League’s 40th match, The Oranje FC comprehensively defeated Rudra FC 6-0 at the Neville D’Souza Football Turf on a Wednesday afternoon.

Striker Rinaldo Fernandes was the star of the show, scoring a brilliant first-half hat-trick with goals in the 23rd, 29th, and 41st minutes to give Oranje FC a commanding 3-0 lead at halftime. Captain Manish Sidda of Oranje FC was shown a yellow card in the minutes before half time whistle by referee Abhishek Dey.

In the second half, Oranje FC continued their dominant run over their opponents with Sahil Bhokare adding a fourth goal in the 59th minute.

Aimar Adams then added to the tally in the 75th minute before getting substituted for Yogesh Kadam in the 78th minute. Kadam then went on to score Oranje FC’s sixth goal in the 84th minute to complete the 6-0 rout.

The Oranje FC were fully dominant throughout the match, and the win helped move them up five places to fifth in the league table with three wins in five games. Meanwhile, Rudra FC remained rooted to the 14th spot with just three points in five games.

The match was attended by 100 spectators. The final score was The Oranje FC 6-0 Rudra FC.
