Jambori Sports and Charitable Trust to conduct Monsoon football tournament
The Jambori Sports and Charitable Trust (JSCT) will be organizing the annual 9th Monsoon Football Tournament 2019 and a Charity (fund raising) football match for the flood affected citizens of Maharashtra, on August 17 and 18, 2019.
The tournament is being supported by MLA Sunil Shinde with assistance from Corporator Arvind Bhosle. A total of 16 teams will be participating in this tournament. There will also be a Charity football match to raise funds for the flood affected areas of Maharashtra.
The Tournament is scheduled to be played on 17th and 18th August (Saturday & Sunday) which will play a big factor in attracting a huge number of people. Over the last three decades, the St. Xavier’s Ground has given Mumbai Football a number of talented and bright players which has helped the city to promote football on a large scale.
