U15 Youth league: Indian Football Academy beat MSSA 2-0
Group B matches of Maharashtra U-15 Youth League Pre-Qualifiers began with IFA beating MSSA 2-0 while in another game FSI came up triumph
FSI opened their U15 Y-league campaign with a 3-1 result against India Rush Steadfast FA. Bhupati chandara opened the scoring in the 12th minute which was doubled by Aman Dubey as FSI took a 2-0 lead at break. As the game restarted, Bhupati doubled his tally within minutes to make it 3-0. Substitute Cornelius Rodrigues did pull one back for India Rush but it wasn’t enough
Game 1: FSI 3 – 1 India Rush Steadfast FA
In the other game, two goals in the first half sealed the deal for IFA as they beat MSSA by a 2-0 margin. Shlok Pabale opened the scoring for IFA minutes after half hour mark before Siddhant Shetty doubled the lead in the 40th minute. Both teams entered the break with the score 2-0.
2nd half began with MSSA bringing out fresh legs with early substitution as Nihal Dudwadkar replaced Neel Kadam. Despite some late attempts from MSSA, IFA defence held on as the game trudged out a full time with the score remaining at 2-0.
Game 2: IFA 2 (Shlok Pabale 34’, Siddhant Shetty) – 0 MSSA
FSI next face IFA on 30th October while India Rush Steadfast face MSSA on the same day
