CFC vs NEUFC Players rating: How the players fared
A comfortable win for Chennaiyin FC. They made life easy for themselves in the first half itself with those two goals. That was half the job done. In the second 45, they neutralized the early onslaught from NorthEast United FC and deep into the second half, scored the third which took the fizz right out of them. The visitors today just weren’t up for it and fell short as a result. Plenty going right for Chennaiyin, not so much for their opponents this evening. They’ll be mighty pleased with the performance they’ve put in.
Let’s take a look at how the players were fared.

Dhanpal had a good game for the Chennaiyin, and was there in the midfield to increase and decrease the pace of the play according to the needs of his team.
Rapheal Augusto – 9
The Hero of the match, Brazilian wizard, Augusto had played a brilliant role in demolishing the NorthEast defenders. It was his, whose shot went past the keeper, after a slight deflection from the Abdul Hakku, and later he added his name too in the list of the scorers.
