Meghalayan youngster Aenum Jrywa to train with PSG

Aenum Jyrwa, name making big in the footballing state Meghalaya is a 14-year-old footballer part of the Shillong Lajong Youth team.

He recently got the opportunity to train with Ligue 1 giants-Paris Saint Germain(PSG) along with 4 other boys trained at the academy. Aenum started playing football at the young age of 7.

Taking lessons, he is currently in Goa training at the national academy.

Aenam was selected at a national team camp in Bhopal, Madhya pradesh for his PSG training, stating it was a dream come true.

On his PSG experience, he said “It was an unbelievable experience, I never thought that I would ever get to train at an academy like PSG. It is one of the best clubs in the world and I am still surprised that I was given such an amazing experience.I am now training at the National team Academy and I still can’t believe it. So many doors have opened for me and I hope to give it my best.”

Suffering from an injury in Goa which will keep him on the sidelines for 3 months. Aenum hopes he can recover soon “Well as you know I recently suffered an injury which will keep me out of action for 3 months but I am training hard to get my fitness back and hope that I will recover soon. I am however having a great time here and my teammates are also amazing.”

Supporters play a vital role in the improvement of your game, Parents are such. Aenum is blessed with supportive parents and grateful to his uncle who introduced football to him. Stating they have been encouraging in every stage.
Being in the youth team in Shillong Lajong has helped him develop as a youth player as they not only helped him off the ground but also kept him motivated and seek answers to his mistakes. Coaching staff have played a catalyst in his performance.

Talking of Indian Super League(ISL), He is hopeful that he will play for ISL someday and that its very Indian player’s dream.

Aemun is a Real Madrid fan and idolizes Cristiano Ronaldo. Also, he attended Euro 2016 Ireland and France match. Stating it the most wonderful experience with surreal atmosphere.

Aeman is well focused in this footballing venture and aims to do well in AIFF Academy. Football counter backs the young talent and wishes him all good in his life and career.
