Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA);

The governing body for football in Mumbai is organising a recruitment campaign for hiring Referees. An initiative to aid Mumbai Referee Board.

Date: Last Date for enrollment – 10th November 2016.
Venue: St. Xavier’s Sports Complex, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012.

Eligibility Criteria
Age: 18+ to 45.
Qualification: S.S.C. (Minimum).
Documents: Academic Certificate, Birth Certificate, Proof of Identity, Proof of Address.

Recruitment Process: After successful verification of Documents, there will a 5-Day training programme offered by MDFA (free of cost); post-training there will be a written exam followed by a thorough physical fitness test. The results of the written exam and the physical fitness test will determine if the service of the candidate will be taken to supervise the matches in the MDFA League.

RIN (Referee Identity Number): The names of the candidates who has passed the written and physical fitness test, will be forwarded to AIFF through WIFA for  RIN (Referee Identity Number).

Career Scope:  The growth ladder runs from lower division matches to national and international matches; which is entirely based on the individual’s performance. There are several programmes for internal growth as a part of referee curriculum any referee can participate for personal growth.
