In today’s encounter between Sahar Silver Star and Khalsa Gym, one standout performance which is worth mentioning is Abbas Sayed from Sahar Silver Star. So he is the Football Counter fabulous Player of the match for today.
Right from the start, Abbas dominated Sahar Silver Star offensive duties where he kept dictating the play and created havoc for Khalsa Gym’s defenders.
He was unlucky that he didn’t had his name on the score sheet, though he did had assist to his name for the first goal, where he found his teammate Subin Varghese unmarked who with a striker instinct scored comfortably past Khalsa Gym’s goalkeeper.
Except attacking, Abbas also tracked back to dispossessed the Khalsa Gym’s players and win back the possession. His work rate played an influential role in their today’s victory where they registered a resounding 4-1 victory over Khalsa Gym.
In second half, Abbas had a key role in their two goals where he was highly involved in both the play.
He even intercepted key passes of Khalsa Gym and successfully broke down their play in their own half which was some splendid work. His work ethics made him win our ‘Player of the Match’ title in today’s clash between Sahar Silver Star and Khalsa Gym.
