A hat- trick by Jennifer does the trick for Sanjeevan SACD
Mumbai, January 30 2015: Second game held at Karnataka sports association (KSA) ground and it was held between Sanjeevan SACD Vs Royal warrior.
From the first minute Sanjeevan SACD tried to dominate and started aiming the goal post. Their repeated endeavors’ became fruitful at the 10th minute when Jennifer peter striked the ball at the far post.
Goalkeeper dived to catch the ball in a desperate attempt but failed giving lead to Sanjeevan SACD 1-0.
At 15th minute Aishwarya Pawar scored the second goal with a header as the defenders tried to clear the ball. Ayesha Sayyed did tried to dribble the ball in an attempt to score but failed to turn it into a goal. There were more attempts to score but scored remained 2-0 by the end of first half.
A moments silence was observed before the start of second half as a Sanjeevan SACD players mother had passed away. As the game commenced again, poor man to man marking by the royal warrior players remained consistent. Often 2 players were marking the same player making it easy for Sanjeevan SACD to keep ball possession.
Jennifer scored her second goal by flicking the ball over the goal keepers reach in doing so fell on the ground and soon regained composure, prepared to score more goals.
Jennifer scored her hat-trick standing inside the penalty area surrounded by 3 royal warrior defenders. She controlled the ball and placed it at the far post. Aishwarya scored her second goal at 37th minute. Royal warrior desperately tried to score in the second half but failed and the end result was 5-0 defeat for royal warrior.
