Reuben D’Souza’s hat-trick stuns Mumbai Customs

Western Railway got a deserving 7-1 victory over Mumbai Customs in the first match of their Elite Division play-offs of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) league, played at Cooperage, on Sunday 4th May 2014 .

Custom’s Liyaz Koya (GK), was the most unhappiest after conceding 7 goals, But it was Reuben D’souza who spoiled their run in the very opening game of the play-off. He scored all 3 brilliant goals in first half itself and kept Mumbai Customs  on the back foot from the very start.

Clayton D’souza, Kenniston, Somi PT, Sukhjinder Singh Maan were the other scorers who contributed in Western’s 7-1 triumph. Sidharth Pathak scored the only goal for Mumbai Custom.
