Ratan Tata: Supremo Chasak is the next level of Football & Tennis Cricket tournaments

In order to bring Indian football on global platform, Supremo Chashak has introduced eight football teams from Mumbai.
According to a statement here, the launch saw the presence of industrialist Ratan Tata, Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray, former cricketer Dilip Vengsarkar, Shiv Sena leaders Sanjay Potnis and Anil Parab.
Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Potnis said, “Besides the Cricket Tournament, this year we are also introducing Football Tournament. Both Cricket & Football are India’s most viewed sports. This is the tournament which unites youngsters & all over Indian players in the same squad, battling for one trophy. It’s a grand spectacle with the teams giving the fine performance here. In simple words, it is the next level or next step of the future of Football & Tennis Cricket Tournaments”
Ratan Tata said, ”It is India’s one the most viewed sports phenomenon. This is the tournament which unites youngsters & all over Indian players in the same squad, battling for one trophy. It’s a grand spectacle with the teams giving the fine performance here. In simple words, it is the next level or next step of the Tennis Cricket and Football Tournaments.”
Dilip Vengasarka said, ”Ratan Tata has been the legend of Indian in corporate world, Aditya Thackeray, Sanjay Potnis has done fantastic job Supremo is very helpful for upcoming youngsters they will get new platform and all credits goes to Sanjay Potnis for taking this great initiative.”
Aditya Thackeray said, ”Since 2010 I have been with Supremo, it’s a great initiative of Sanjay Potnis and Anil Parab. These 2 men are the Sachin and Sehwag of Supremo trophy. And I feel after few years from now Supremo league would be like watching a international match in Wankhede Ground.”
Football Team – Bandra Shivneri , Colaba Sindhudurg, Kalina Raigad, Mumbai Central Pratapgad, Navi Mumbai Panhalgad , Parel Sinhagad , Thane Vijaydurg , Boriwali Vishalgad.
Supremo Chashak football matches will be held from April 24 to 29, April, 2018 and cricket matches from May 1 to May 5, 2018, at Air India Ground, Mumbai, which will see a star studded line of Bollywood, Sports and Political who will not only cheer the teams all throughout but also flag off the tournament and reveal the trophy and prize money. In the recent past former cricketer Sandip Patil, Dilip Vengasarkar, former hockey player Dhanraj Pillay, actor-director Mahesh Manjrekar, actor Jackie Shroff and many more have supported the initiative.
Supremo Chashak is a step spearheaded by Sanjay Potnis and Anil Parab who have taken this initiative under Supremo Foundation who has helped many Cancer patients as well as adopted children to develop their skills in sports, to name one- Prithvi Shaw.
