MDFA 2nd division: Godrej & Boyce win big against Freunds FA
Pizan Kodia struck a brace in 5-0 routing of Freunds FA by Godrej & Boyce while Datta Krida Mandal just edges out BEST Arts & SC
In the first game of Day 4 of 2nd Division fixtures, Datta Krida Mandal (FFA) faced off against BEST Arts & SC for a group F encounter currently topped by newly promoted side, JMJ sports clubs courtesy opening day win. After an even first half both sides entered the break at 0-0 but in the 53rd minutes Razmi Thakur hit the net to make it 1-0 for Datta Krida Mandal. Despite BEST Arts & SC putting their best efforts, failed to find the equaliser as the game ended at 1-0 score line.

In the second game, Godrej & Boyce came out victorious in a one sided encounter against Freunds FA. Pizan Kodia scored a brace within ten minutes of the game to open the scoring, Tawfik Manham tripled the lead before half-time. Sanket Kadam scored at the hour mark to make it 4-0 before captain Sunil Ghogale finished off the contest with a fifth goal, five minutes later.
