DSK failed to win against visitors Kenkre FC – U18 iLeague

On 17th of December 2016, U-18 I-League match was scheduled at 4:00 pm on the DSK Dream City Football Field. Were we victimised a better side of Kenkre FC as they hold leaders DSK Shivajians followed by a horrifying 1-10 defeat at home almost a fortnight ago. The match ended up with a scoreline of 1-1, goals scored in each half.
In the 17th minute of the first half a strike was recorded to be the first goal of the game, came from a forward player Shimyu Sasikumar Manikkoth in the favour of the Blue & Yellow outfit.
Followingly during the extra time of the first half Arbaaz Khan with a foul on the opponent player was booked by the referee of the game Sir Sandeep Sanjay Powar, who marked his authority on the game. Which lately carried the score-line to be 1-0 in the first half.
As soon as the second half whistle stroked, the Red Army started producing some dangerous offensive football resulting a goal for the same in the 48th minute of the game, struck by forward Pranjal Bhumij as it was carried out to be the last goal of the game as DSK failed to produce a winning result for the first time in the group stage of this league.
Trying to switch things around, the men in Red got 2 fresh legs Defender Guidingstar Malieh in place of Midfielder Jonathan Cardozo & Midfielder Azharuddin SK replacing another Midfielder Mebanshan Suting to play for in the last 20 minutes of the game followed by changes from the yellow team, that were made to get something up forward in the dying minutes of the game as Midfielder Hersh Rall making way for Midfielder Krishna Vijayan in the 84th min & Forward Sandeep Manoharan making way for another Forward Yash Angre.
7 minutes were added after the 90 minutes for both the teams to get a win which could seal a victory but failed to do so.
Resulting FT: DSK Shivajians 1-1 Kenkre FC.
