Mumbai Ultras Edge Past Millat FC to Register Back-to-Back Wins
The match saw Millat FC take on Mumbai Ultras in an encounter that had both equally contested teams. Millat FC coming off a loss in their last game will look to comeback from that and Mumbai Ultras coming into this game with a 2-0 victory in their last outing vs PIFA.
The first half started off with both teams equally poised in terms of attack and defence. Both teams looked dangerous while attacking but Millat having the better chances to go in front. Even tho Millat having the better opportunities Ultras looked promising to go in front and they did through Sachin Bangera in the 32nd minute who bagged his 3rd goal of the season and has so far proved to be a great signing for Mumbai Ultras. This gave Mumbai Ultras the advantage at the end of the first half.
The second half kicked off with Millat FC on the hunt for an equaliser and looked dangerous in the opening minutes of the second half however Ultras stayed solid at the back to deny Millat FC of their opportunities. Millat FC with Keegan Pinto making it all happen from the centre of the pitch created a number of opportunities but didn’t make the most out of it. The Mumbai Ultras defence took it right up to the final whistle to seal the deal for the team surviving on the lone goal from Sachin Bangera and take home all 3 points making it back to back wins for them.
On the other hand, this makes it a second consecutive defeat for Millat FC and they will look to come back to the same form as they started the season.
