The match took place between MH Oranje FC and Sellebrity FC in the Mumbai Premier League. With Oranje FC looking to continue their winning momentum after their 4-0 win in their last match and Sellebrity FC ready to get their first win of the new season.

The first half was dominated mostly by Oranje FC with most of the half played in the Sellebrity defence. Oranje created a ton of chances but the Sellebrity keeper Jay denied most of them and making it difficult for Oranje to open their scoring account. After a lot of shots on goal Oranje finally got their reward just on the verge of half time as Khatib converted a rebound that was initially saved by the Sellebrity keeper and feel straight to Khatib who slotted it into the back of the net to give Oranje their well deserved lead. Just a few minutes later Oranje converted another this time through their striker Duane with a calm finish from a good cross into the box making it his first goal of the season. Just before the final whistle could blow Oranje FC made it 3 with an own goal from the Sellebrity defender and made it a comfortable lead at half time.

The second half kicked off in the same manner as the first half with attacking threats from Oranje to extend their lead and they did just that as Aayush converted the header from the corner making it 4-0 for Oranje. The Sellebrity attackers tried to counter on some occasions but the Oranje defence didn’t let that happen but in fact as Sellebrity tried to attack Oranje got the ball on the counter and got themselves another goal as Crispin netted a header which initially hit the post from a chip by Mohit which took the score to 5-0. The scoreboard didn’t stop there as Mohit who hit the post earlier on got his goal in the 80th minute making it 6 for Oranje. After this goal, Oranje didn’t give Sellebrity to breathe as they netted another one once again through Khatib while also securing his brace. The attacks were coming from all directions and this time Kuivao got his goal just moments after Khatib making it 8-0 to Oranje. Sellebrity FC were lost in the ground as every ball that they cleared was coming right back at them and just when they thought it was all over Sahil got another one for Oranje and also with that goal applied the final piece to the Lego making it a thumping 9-0 victory for Oranje FC.
