IOT take on Sellebrity FC in the Mumbai Premier League which clearly states that IOT will need to start getting back on track after their loss to Kalina Rangers and Sellebrity in search for their chance to get off the mark this season.

IOT started off the first half with good intensity and their eagerness to push for goals gave the team more confidence. Sellebrity had a change in their keeper on goal today compared to the past matches and it was a good opportunity for him to showcase what he can do against a powerhouse like IOT.

The wings were power packed for IOT with the right wing consisting of Abner and the left had Dwight, both of them having the potential to do the unthinkable and having quick feet to cause the Sellebrity defence some serious problems. Abner and Dwight however hit the crossbar a few times coming close to getting the breakthrough. But, Arfat in the 35th minute didn’t miss the opportunity to put IOT in front and make it 1-0 at half time.

The second half was a chance for Sellebrity to get themselves back in to the game and get an equaliser early in to the second half but Arfat was not done yet as he went on to get his second as well as the second goal for IOT in the 49th minute to give a 2 goal advantage to IOT. In the 57th minute, Abner finally got his reward as well after a beautiful finish past the keeper that he curled into the net with his left foot. Just 4 minutes later, Armash got his goal as well with the simplest of finishes as he just tapped the ball in the net after a good header in to the box by Dwight making it 4-0 for IOT.

Sellebrity somehow managed to get one back through Venkatesh in the 63rd minute to get the score to 4-1 but will this turn into a comeback only time would tell the story. IOT defended well to keep Sellebrity at bay and their keeper Yasheel was strong on goal with a first half penalty save and the save on the rebound as well made it possible for IOT to stay confident through out the match. Saurabh went on the get the final goal of the match in the 87th minute and sealed the game and all 3 points for IOT.

With this win IOT are back on track with all their players living up to their potential and Sellebrity FC still waiting for get off the mark this season having yet to win a game.
