Braian Sánchez Brace Leads Bengaluru FC to 3–1 Win Over Inter Kashi

Bengaluru FC delivered a strong away performance to defeat Inter Kashi 3–1 in the Indian Super League 2025–26, with Braian Sánchez starring with a decisive second-half brace.

The Blues began the match on the front foot, controlling possession and creating early chances. Their pressure paid off in the 20th minute when Ashique Kuruniyan won the ball high up the pitch and unleashed a powerful strike into the top corner to give Bengaluru the lead.

Inter Kashi responded well and found an equaliser before the break. Alfred Planas finished clinically inside the box in the 38th minute, bringing the hosts back into the game as the teams went into half-time level at 1–1.

The second half saw Bengaluru regain control, with Sunil Chhetri and Sánchez both testing the goalkeeper as they pushed forward in search of another goal. Inter Kashi also threatened on the counter but were unable to make their chances count.

The breakthrough came in the 69th minute when a set-piece caused problems for the hosts. A missed punch from the goalkeeper allowed Sánchez to head into an empty net, restoring Bengaluru’s lead.

Inter Kashi tried to find a way back into the contest, but Bengaluru remained composed and organised defensively. The result was sealed deep into stoppage time when Sánchez capitalised on a goalkeeping error, scoring from long range to complete his brace and make it 3–1.

A clinical display from Bengaluru FC ensured all three points, with Sánchez’s standout performance guiding them to an impressive victory on the road.
