The Secret Behind the Success

The academy’s success is rooted in its rigorous training regimen and innovative development strategies. Players undergo five intensive training sessions weekly, which include tactical drills, beach sessions, and specialized fitness routines. Under the meticulous guidance of Preetam Mahadik and his dedicated coaching staff, the players have received unparalleled support to hone their skills.

One unique aspect of their training is participation in the GoEqual Premier League, a co-ed platform that allows female players to compete alongside and against male footballers. This initiative not only sharpens their technical abilities, tougher competition but also boosts their confidence immensly. The league embodies the philosophy of #EqualInLifeEqualOnField, promoting equal opportunities for all players.
