As each qualifying group prepares to compete in its respective venue, the stakes are high for states and teams aiming to secure their place in December’s finale. From Kerala to Punjab, From Tripura to Jaipur, these venues will serve as battlegrounds for football’s regional powerhouses, where each game brings teams one step closer to glory in the City of Pearls. 

The multi-city format highlights India’s footballing spirit, while the final rounds in Hyderabad will culminate months of effort and competition, crowning the champions in this revered tournament.

The Initial round will be starting in mid-November, group stages will kick off in cities like Amritsar, Phagwara, and Kalyani, setting the stage for dramatic regional rivalries and unforgettable matches.

Fixture Details for the Santosh Trophy 2024

With Hyderabad set as the venue for the final rounds of the Santosh Trophy 2024, nine locations across India will host the qualifying matches

Group A – Hosted in Amritsar, Punjab

Group A matches will kick off in Amritsar, featuring teams from Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Punjab. The fixtures are as follows:

  • 20th Nov: Ladakh vs. Himachal Pradesh; J&K vs. Punjab
  • 22nd Nov: Himachal Pradesh vs. J&K; Punjab vs. Ladakh
  • 24th Nov: J&K vs. Ladakh; Himachal Pradesh vs. Punjab

Group B – Hosted in Phagwara, Punjab

Also in Punjab, Phagwara will host Group B, which includes Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, and Delhi. The schedule includes:

  • 26th Nov: Chandigarh vs. Delhi; Uttarakhand vs. Haryana
  • 28th Nov: Delhi vs. Uttarakhand; Haryana vs. Chandigarh
  • 30th Nov: Chandigarh vs. Uttarakhand; Haryana vs. Delhi

Group C – Hosted in Kalyani, West Bengal

In Kalyani, West Bengal, Group C will see fierce competition among Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, and the host team, West Bengal. The fixtures are:

  • 16th Nov: Uttar Pradesh vs. Bihar; Jharkhand vs. West Bengal
  • 18th Nov: Bihar vs. Jharkhand; West Bengal vs. Uttar Pradesh
  • 20th Nov: Uttar Pradesh vs. Jharkhand; West Bengal vs. Bihar

Group D – Hosted in Agartala, Tripura

Group D matches will take place in Agartala, featuring Tripura, Mizoram, Manipur, and Sikkim:

  • 15th Nov: Tripura vs. Mizoram; Manipur vs. Sikkim
  • 17th Nov: Mizoram vs. Manipur; Sikkim vs. Tripura
  • 19th Nov: Tripura vs. Manipur; Sikkim vs. Mizoram

Group E – Hosted in Nalbari, Assam

In Nalbari, Assam, Group E will feature Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Nagaland. The matches will unfold as follows:

  • 22nd Nov: Nagaland vs. Meghalaya; Arunachal Pradesh vs. Assam

Group F – Hosted in Amritsar, Punjab (Second Set of Teams)

Returning to Amritsar for Group F, this group includes Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh:

  • 21st Nov: Odisha vs. Madhya Pradesh
  • 23rd Nov: Chhattisgarh vs. Odisha
  • 25th Nov: Madhya Pradesh vs. Chhattisgarh

Group G – Hosted in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh

In Anantapur, Group G will feature Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Andaman & Nicobar:

  • 15th Nov: Tamil Nadu vs. Andaman & Nicobar; Andhra Pradesh vs. Karnataka
  • 17th Nov: Andaman & Nicobar vs. Andhra Pradesh; Karnataka vs. Tamil Nadu

Group H – Hosted in Kozhikode, Kerala

Kozhikode will be the venue for Group H, which consists of Kerala, Pondicherry, Lakshadweep, and Railways:

  • 20th Nov: Pondicherry vs. Lakshadweep; Kerala vs. Railways
  • 22nd Nov: Railways vs. Pondicherry; Lakshadweep vs. Kerala
  • 24th Nov: Lakshadweep vs. Railways; Kerala vs. Pondicherry

Group I – Hosted in Jaipur, Rajasthan

Finally, Group I will take place in Jaipur, featuring Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and DNH & DD:
