Millat FC ready to compete on National Stage in AIFF Futsal Championship

Millat FC is making history by becoming the first Mumbai club to represent Maharashtra in AIFF Futsal Club Championship.

Millat FC’s journey to the AIFF Futsal Club Championship began with a stellar performance in the Mumbai Football Association (MFA) Futsal Championship for the 2023-24 season. Drawn into Group A, Millat faced tough competition from MYJ-GMSC, CFCI, and Mumbai Strikers. Displaying exceptional teamwork and strategy, Millat FC emerged as group leaders, advancing smoothly to the knockout stages. Their semi-final victory against Tarun Sporting,leading them to a thrilling final where they clinched the championship title against Kalina Rangers.

National Stage

Having secured their spot in the national competition, Millat FC now faces a new challenge in the AIFF Futsal Club Championship, a prestigious tournament that scouts talent for the Indian national futsal team. The third edition of this championship features 19 teams divided into four groups. Each team earned their place by winning their respective state association futsal competitions or through nominations based on past performances.

Millat FC Group in National Round

Millat FC has been placed in Group A, where they will compete against formidable opponents from across the country. The group stages promise intense matches as Millat FC aims to showcase their futsal prowess on a national platform. Their group includes Classic Football Academy from Manipur, Corbett FC from Uttarakhand, Nyenshen FC from Nagaland, and Sports Odisha from Odisha.
