IKF Season 4 Workshop set to raise the bar with eight International Academy collaborations

With eight International Academy Collaborations, IKF Season 4 Workshop starting this September, is all set to build on the incredible success of its previous editions & continue its mission to elevate Indian football.
The IKF Workshop, conducted by Pro Soccer Global, has had a profound impact on young Indian footballers, opening doors for them to enter professional circuits in India and across the globe. Season 4 aims to expand on this by introducing new methods for player improvement and development.
This year’s workshop sees eight foreign academies partnering with IKF, each bringing knowledge and diverse training methodologies from around the world. These partnerships will offer the best quality experience and technical expertise for Indian players, helping them step up from Indian football standards to the international stage. This will extend the platform further than ever before, offering comprehensive talent development that meets international sports benchmarks.
Here’s a look at the eight academies collaborating with IKF for the Season 4 Workshop:
1. The Football Academy (TFA) – Dubai
TFA Dubai is one of the most renowned academies in the evolving football scene of Dubai. Led by founder Ali El Jishi, TFA is joining the IKF Season 4 Workshop as a partner, bringing its commitment to holistic player development to India. The academy’s mission focuses on creating an environment that fosters leadership, integrity, perseverance, respect, and teamwork.
TFA aims for the all-round development of players and will bring the same approach to the upcoming IKF Workshop. Additionally, TFA will conduct its own trials in India in collaboration with IKF this October, further supporting the growth of young Indian footballers.
2. The Higher Sports Academy – Dubai
Established in 2018, The Higher Sports Academy is relatively younger than TFA in Dubai’s football landscape. Its primary goal is to ensure players enjoy the experience while developing their sporting abilities to their fullest potential and earning internationally recognized qualifications.
3. IFAPT – Portugal
The International Football Academy de Portugal (IFAPT) was founded by Mr. Elvis Goes and is based in Portugal. Its main objective is to expose international athletes to the Portuguese method of player development. Through this workshop, IFAPT aims to guide Indian footballers by giving them an understanding of their current technical, physical, and tactical levels.
IFAPT offers two primary programs: a short-term, two-month program and a long-term, three-year program. IFAPT has also been a part of the IKF Season 3 Workshop, offering a 100% scholarship to the previous edition’s winner, Shubham Navelkar, who spent a month training in Portugal.
4. Sportsmate 360 – Poland
Sportsmate 360, founded in 2021 and located in Warsaw, Poland, has quickly risen as one of Europe’s fastest-growing and successful football academies. Known for offering professional training and opportunities to aspiring players, the academy partners with elite clubs in Poland and beyond.
As part of the IKF Season 4 Workshop, Sportsmate 360 aims to bring its expertise to Indian footballers, offering individual and team training sessions designed to elevate skills and foster professional growth, giving Indian players a glimpse into European football environments.

Known for its elite coaching staff, training regime, and diverse educational courses, FCV provides young players with top-class facilities, competitive match opportunities, and excellent accommodations.
Their mission is to help talented individuals aged 14 and above elevate their football careers while pursuing academic goals. FCV offers a wide range of programs, from one week to three years, in a residential setting equipped with high-quality football facilities.
6. Buckswood Academy – UK
Founded in 2011, Buckswood Football Academy is a development center providing high-quality coaching and support for ambitious young players who want to combine football with education. Buckswood is a top competitor in English school football, regularly competing at the county, national, and international levels.

The academy has been active in the Indian football landscape, offering scholarships to Indian footballers. Through its partnership with the IKF Season 4 Workshop, Winning Soccer Skills aims to continue nurturing Indian football talent.
Operating across 13 countries on six continents, Winning Soccer Skills aspires to become the leading football academy not just in Barcelona, but worldwide.
8. Black Rock FC – USA
Black Rock Football Club has made a name for itself across the United States, producing top collegiate players and young professionals while bringing an exciting, attacking style of football to the field. Off the field, Black Rock focuses on developing youth players holistically, using football as a vehicle to foster personal growth.
The club emphasizes academics, leadership, and community service to prepare student-athletes for success in life beyond the soccer field. Through a personal approach to coaching and mentoring, Black Rock empowers its players to excel both on and off the pitch, helping them dream big and achieve their goals, whether in professional football or other endeavors.
