Tough test for Sirvodem SC against Odisha Sports
Odisha Sports will eye full points when they face Sirvidem Sports Club next in the Hero Indian Women’s League at the 7th Battalion stadium tomorrow (April 27, 2022)
Ahed of the game Odisha sports head coach Gitanjali Khuntia said, “Our approach is quite clear- giving our best out there and coming back with three points”.
Quizzed about the gameplay of the opponents she quipped, “We have seen their games and have checked all their plus and minus. Let’s see how we execute all of them”.
When asked about her take on his team’s performance so far Gitanjali seemed not quite satisfied. She said, “No, we are not happy with our start, one loss has changed lots of things. Here every game every point matters”.
After collecting their first point of the season from the last stalemate this match will turn out to be a chance for Sirvodem to get back to winning ways.
Sirvodem is currently 10th in the league table with two losses and one draw in the last three matches. Thus this game will be crucial for the side to determine their future in the league run.
Odisha Sports will take on Sirvodem SC tomorrow at 15:30 PM (IST) at the 7th Battalion Stadium, Bhubaneswar.
