ONGC player Naresh Aula dies aged 35

One thing we human beings can’t twist with is the fact that one has to leave once his job is done. Death is inevitable. It is one phenomenon which we all are aware of and have accepted widely. Some scientists although feel death to be a technical error in human living.

Amid all the melee to achieve success, and climb higher up the hierarchy by scrapping inferiors, we often lose out on small things in life. Maybe, one such moment is to give more time to family. Spending quality time with your friends and your loved ones. Embracing the smile in your child’s face.

Such was not the story of our Naresh Aula. Born and brought up in the eastern state of Odisha, Naresh Bhai seemed a happy soul. Growing up, he found his affection in football and came down to Mumbai afterwards to pursue a career in it. For the longest time, he plied his trade for ONGC, an MDFA Elite Division Club.

He spent a memorable time with the team representing them in the I-League, Federation Cup, Durand Cup, Mumbai League and other tournaments. Mr Naresh also had the experience of representing the Odisha and Maharashtra state teams in the Santosh Trophy.

A stout stature by appearance, Mr Naresh was renowned for the way he conversed with his counterparts. A soft-spoken, jolly and beautiful human being. Such was the nature of the man. As life had it, Naresh Aula left ONGC, the city, his family and us to proceed for his eternal sojourn on 10th June at 2:00AM.

He is survived by his wife and daughter. In a world where power, dominance, and success are the keywords, Mr Aula lived a short and fulfilling life. He cherished every moment of his existence. Hence, we hope he finds solace wherever his next destination is going to be.
