Feugo Tormento FC to host trials for MDFA 1st Division
Newly promoted Feugo Tormento FC are set to revamp their squad for the 2020-21 MDFA 1st Division tournament.
After a rampant past season, Feugo Tormento was promoted to the 1st Division and were considered to be one of the best sides from the 2nd Division teams. Apart from their senior squad, Feugo’s Academy is considered to be one of the best junior teams in the city.
Due to the pandemic, the team’s authority has not yet confirmed the date of trials and the schedule for it. The criteria to take part in the selection process is to have primary playing experience in the 1st Division and above. The trials when scheduled will take place for a month, where the candidates would be assessed on multiple fronts.
With the City gradually unlocking itself, the Mumbai District Football Association has shared a tentative date of 1st November to resume its competitions.
