At present MDFA League matches are conducted at Cooperage, St Xaviers’ Ground (Parel), MSSA, Mumbai Football Arena ( Andheri), Goan SA Ground (Cross Maidan) and Karnataka SA ground (Cross Maidan). From the last year onwards MDFA has started Youth League U-16, U-14, and U-12 Boys, which was a great success.
