Intelenet and Companeros snatch all three points

9th April 2018, Mumbai: A total of two MDFA Super Division games were played on Monday evening. Intelenet faced Rhema SF while Companeros encountered Central Railway (MD) in the other game. Intelenet thrashed Rhema Sports Foundation 5-1, whereas, Akshay Saptoji’s strike secured a 1-0 win for Companeros against Central Railway (MD).

Group B: Intelenet (Hitesh Patel 36′ – Own Goal, Utsav Bachani 41′, Aman Jangid 53′, Prince Kantaliya 64′ and Gurmit Dhingra 88′) 5-1 Rhema Sports Foundation (Ruchir Goswami 87′)

Intelenet displayed a free-flowing attacking football to thrash Rhema SF 5-1 in the Super Division game at St. Xavier’s Ground, Parel, on Monday evening. This was Intelenet’s third win in seven games who are fourth in Group B below Dena Bank, FC India and Companeros.

An unfortunate own-goal by Hitesh Patel broke the deadlock in the 36th minute as Intelenet went in front. The goal completely changed the course of the match as Intelenet went all-out-attack to add four more goals. Utsav Bachani, Aman Jangid, Prince Kantaliya and Gurmit Dhingra got on the scoresheet to complete a massive win.

Group B: Companeros (Akshay Saptoji) 1-0 Central Railway (MD)

In the other Group B game, a terrific strike by Akshay Saptoji proved enough as Companeros picked up their fourth win of the campaign, cementing their place at the third position of Group B table with 12 points in 6 games. Meanwhile, on the other end, the Railway’s poor string of run continues with another defeat.
