MDFA 3rd Division: KSA ends Amigos FC winning streak with 1-0 win
Amigos winning streak came to a halt as they narrowly losing to KSA U17 hitting a major roadblock in their top of the group pursuit.
In a highly entertaining top of the table game, Amigos FC faced KSA U17 in search of their fifth win but eventually ended up losing narrowly to fellow top of the group contenders. Both sides came into the game with just 2 points separating them, while a win for KSA would sent them on par with group leaders Judean United, a win for Amigos FC would have sent them to the top of the pack. After an evenly fought first half hour, KSA U17 finally found a breakthrough courtesy Aaron Machado’s 32nd minute strike. This was the first goal conceded by Amigos FC in five games. In search of the equalizer Amigos went on aggression while KSA kept their defenses well-guarded. Nearing the end of the game, cards flew thick and fast as three yellow cards were shown in the space of 6 minutes. However the game ended at 1-0 and KSA U17 upstaged Amigos to reach second spot.

In another game, Indian Football Academy suffered a 0-2 loss against Brillian Sports Academy. The win sends Brillian SA on par with Alpresco FC at the top with 13 points. Vicky Patil opened the scoring in the 26th point before Vivek Thakur doubled the lead in the second half to end the game at 2-0. IFA suffered its first defeat after starting of their campaign with two draws
