INSPIRE A Generation – Summit 2017: Football Clinic | All You Need To Know

Mumbai: The FIFA U17 World Cup, the mega event in Indian football is underway and is involved with emotions and expectations of millions of Indians. ‘INSPIRE a Generation – Summit 2017’ is organised on the backdrop of the World Cup by India Rush Soccer Club in association with Mumbai District Football Association aiming to encourage individuals and organisation alike with a bold message “Nothing Can Stop You From Football”.

On Thursday, 19 October, as part of this year’s summit, a Football Workshop will be organised at Cooperage Ground, Mumbai. The Football workshop on ‘Creating an Environment to Inspire’ will consist of theory as well as an on-field session.

Renowned international coaches from the USA, Canada and Portugal will be conducting the workshop exchanging football cultures, bring-in their thoughts, expertise and share their football experiences from across the world to encourage participation. The three-part Workshop will start with Theory, On-field session and a Closing session.

A Football Clinic too will be organised for players from the age of 8 to 15 years. The players will be presented with an exciting and enriching experience of learning from the finest of coaches and football minds, as part of the Football Clinic. The players will be engaged in various activities over 90 minutes, whereby they will be made familiar with the sport of football and involve themselves in a natural environment, uniquely conceptualised and designed to nurture growth and development in an inclusive manner.

Workshop for Coaches – Reporting 8:00 – 8:30 | Session – 8:45 am – 12:00 pm

Clinic for Players – Reporting 9:30 – 10:00 | Session – 10:15 am – 11:45 pm
