MDFA Under-16 Youth Challenge
Mumbai District Football Association announces the launch of the MDFA Under-16 Youth Challenge 2016, along with SportingLions and Mumbai City FC. This is a knockout tournament starting on the 27th of December 2016.
Teams interested in participating need to collect Team Registration and Player Registration Forms from the MDFA office in Parel at the earliest. This tournament is restricted to the first 24 teams that register. Only teams registered with the MDFA can participate in this tournament.
Players born between 1st January 2000 and 31st December 2002 are eligible to play in this tournament. Following documents of each player are necessary to be submitted
- 1 Birth Certificate (Original and 1 Photocopy)
- 1 Photo-ID Proof (Original and 1 Photocopy)
- 2 Passport-sized photos
As a Photo-ID Proof, only Passport, School ID Card or MSSA ID Card will be accepted.
Aadhaar Card will not be accepted as a Photo-ID Proof.
The deadline to register the team and submit these documents is 24th December 2016.
