ID Cards for All Divisions of MDFA compulsory from January

ID Cards

MDFA – Mumbai District Football Association’s and Football Counter’s initiative to provide all the players’ an ID Card with a validity of 3 years has been finalised. Below are the sample images of the ID Cards. All teams/clubs are hereby requested to submit their Player Registration forms and the entry forms along with the Application for Affiliation in order to be made provisions for the ID Cards.

Unlike the previous ID Cards, it would have a barcode printed on it, this barcode will be used in various ways, such as validating the players. These ID cards can also be considered as a proof that the player is a registered player of MDFA.

For the coming matches in the month of January, ID cards would be made compulsory for the teams before taking the field. Therefore every team must coordinate with MDFA and submit the essentials to ease the process. The teams who have already submitted their documents will be getting their ID Cards on their upcoming match day.

Further information concerning the ID Cards will be provided in the office or during the handing over procedure.
