Dhruvil Jain’s brace helps Dr. Antonio da Silva High School sink St. Aloysius HS

On 14th October, 2015 Dr. Antonio da Silva High School BEAT St Aloysius High School 2-0 in Mumbai School Sports Association (MSSA) at Goans Sports Association, Churchgate.

Dr. Antonio da Silva High School attacker Dhruvil Jain helped his team overcome St Aloysius High School by scoring brace. Two goals were enough for Dr. Antonio da Silva despite St Aloysius High School scoring a quick goal earlier in the second half.

Pratham Amare and Gaurang Mithe created numerous chances for Dr. Antonio da Silva High School in the first half, it was the latter’s precise ball which found Dhruvil Jain just outside the goal as he placed his shot in the right corner to give Dr. Antonio da Silva High School an early advantage over the Bandra based school.

Soon Dhruvil Jain scored his second after Pratham Amare’s through ball found St Aloysius High School defenders napping which Dhruvil took full advantage of as he scored past their goalkeeper in comprehensive manner.

St Aloysius High School replied back with a goal from Sahil Varma which proved to be just a consolation goal and wasn’t not enough to overcome Dr. Antonio da Silva High School.

One of Dhruvil’s goal came from just outside the box as his left footed strike found St Aloysius High School goalkeeper Bhushan Ghagara in no man’s land and went into the left bottom corner.

It was Dhruvil’s influential performance which guided Dr. Antonio da Silva High School towards victory.
