ONGC bash Dena Bank
On the evening of Saturday ONGC defeated Dena Bank in the Third Division Game of Mumbai District Football Association by 2-0 in an anticipated tie on the Cooperage Ground of Churchgate, Mumbai. The players of both the teams were able to keep the hopes alive for their sides as the match went with dodgy reflexes and skilful show of battle to score the first lead in the first half. ONGC created numerous chances in the beginning of the game with their smooth passing and game plan on which they worked effectively. Dena Bank was also impactful with their decisive attitude in the beginning of the match. They too were not far behind from ONGC while defending the structured passing formation of ONGC in the first half of the game.
The game went in a smooth phase in the first twenty minutes of the match, but with no score on the board from both the sides, resulted in an eccentric temperature of the boiling enthusiasm in the players which started reaching heights after the 20th minute of the game when both the teams pushed themselves forward while urging to make maximum ball possession. The second phase of the game started with reprisal style of Football as Dena Bank tried their hard to achieve their first pivotal goal against ONGC. The repulsive attacker of Dena Bank Druvesh Nijap tried his swift move for the score when he was smartly trapped by Ashkar Vs as he deflected the drifted ball for the outside.

They were well focused on the target till the end of the match but were unlucky not convert numerous gifted chances which they missed by inches in comparison to the margin of the pole.
They had not only created attacking moves in the match but also displayed an outrageous technical defending which helped them to maintain their lead through the end. DENA BANK’ s inability to create control over the game and to cover the ongoing lead resulted in bewildering arguments with Referee. But the officials were kind enough to continue the game in the delighted way as possible.
