Kenkre Champions league: Don Bosco won the under 12 category for the second consecutive year

Under 12 category Don Bosco ‘A’ Vs Thunder Bolts at Don Bosco Matunga on Sunday, 22nd February, 2015. Don Bosco took home the title for the second consecutive year.
Samar Khalatkar scored in the 13th minute as the goalie charged towards him and he just chipped the ball over the goalkeeper’s head.
The first half ended and the parents of the player formed a circle and motivated them along with the coach.
The second half began with renewed cheers from the parents as the children’s dribbled the ball. 2 minutes after the second half had just began Nihal Dudwadkar scored. He placed the ball in the bottom- left corner and celebrated the goal by giving flying kisses towards his parents.
2 minutes to go for the whistle to blow Samar strikes again with Nihal assisting him for the third goal. It was evident that Don Bosco has yet again won the under 12 category for the second year continuously. Thunder Bolts had to content with the runners up trophy on the other hand.
Earlier that day,
Divyam Chhabra scored for the Tridents clinching them the 5th place. While Don Bosco ‘C’ team had to settle for the 6th place.
Varad Parab, the only goal scorer for the match scored in the 6th minute after a free kick was awarded to St. Stanislaus. Jaywant Pathak, St. Stanislaus coach said, “Every boy is growing with every game.” He was happy about the fact that in every match a different player had scored. Quizzed about the only goal scorer Varad, he appreciated him by saying, “he came for practices consistently.
