St.Mary’s Mazagaon.
Late Melvyn Oliver was one of most recognized strikers from Mazagaon, having repesented the Tata’s and the Maharashtra team for the Santosh Trophy during his time as a player, his family and close relatives have now decided to pay tribute to his contribution to the sport by means of a rink football tournament
