- Direct Qualification: MYJ-GMSC or Central Bank of India, due to a Round II bye, will automatically advance to Round III and await their group-stage assignments.
- Continuity in Card Penalties: In line with MFA’s guidelines, any cards accumulated by players will carry over through each stage of the tournament.
