Our Lady of Perpetual School hammer Jankidevi HS
Our Lady of Perpetual School (OLPS) produced a stellar performance as they handed Jankidevi School a 5-0 hammering in the U-14 Boys Category of the Mumbai School Sports Association (MSSA) at the Goan’s Sports Association ground on Friday, 9th October 2015.
OLPS just needed two minutes to open the scoring when Alexander Jordan scored in emphatic fashion. OLPS doubled their just a minute later when skipper Akhileshwaran B got in on the act and had OLPS firmly in the driver’s seat within the first three minutes of the game.
Akhileshwaran B found the net again eight minutes later making it 3-0 in the favour of OLPS as Jankidevi wondered what had hit them.
But things were to get worse for Jankidevi as they shipped in a fourth goal couple of minutes later.
Jankidevi HS played a better in the second half and stemmed the flow of OLPS attacks, but OLPS did have the last laugh as they made it 5-0 in the 27th minute through Ananthakrishnan B.
