The FAB Cup 2026 was more than just a football tournament — it was a celebration of friendship, brotherhood, passion, and community. Held on May 23 and 24, the tournament brought together some of the finest local teams and players in a competition played in loving memory of two unforgettable individuals, Aadil and Venkat.

Remembered not only as friends but as brothers to many, Aadil and Venkat left behind memories filled with laughter, leadership, calmness, and unity. Their personalities had a unique ability to bring people together, and the tournament stood as a tribute to the impact they had on everyone around them.

The name “FAB” itself carries emotional significance, combining the efforts and legacy of two football-driven communities — Friends Association (FA) and Aadil Boyz (AB). Together, the two organisations have played a major role in strengthening the local football culture over the years.

Aadil Boyz have been organising annual football tournaments since 2008, growing from a small initiative into a respected sporting event known for promoting talent, discipline, and sportsmanship. Similarly, Friends Association has consistently contributed to grassroots football development since 2016, creating opportunities for emerging players and building a strong footballing community.
