13 Mumbai Players Called Up for Santosh Trophy Selection Camp 2025-26

The Western India Football Association (WIFA) has announced a 13-member contingent from Mumbai for the upcoming Santosh Trophy selection camp, which will begin on 28th November at the Cooperage Stadium, organised by WIFA.

With the Santosh Trophy scheduled to begin next month, Maharashtra has been drawn into Group I alongside Rajasthan, Dadra & Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu, and Gujarat. This year, groups have been formed based on geographical proximity, with only the nine group winners earning qualification to the final round.

The trialists Called-Up for the camp earned their spots based on their performances in the WIFA Inter-District Football Championship held in the Nagpur District. Mumbai competed in Group B of the Tier-1 category with Pune, Raigad, and Aurangabad.

Mumbai went unbeaten in the group stage, registering a 4–0 win over Aurangabad, 3–0 against Raigad, and a 2–0 victory over Pune. However, they were defeated in the semifinals by Kolhapur, who later went on to win the tournament. Mumbai finished third after a 5–0 win over Pune in the third-Place Match.

A total of 13 players from Mumbai have been selected for the camp. The players are:

  1. Pramjeet Bhaghel (MYJ FC) – GK
