In a thrilling match at Bandra’s Neville Dsouza ground on Friday, Mumbai Strikers faced off against United Villagers WA in the Mumbai Super League encounter.

However, Strikers responded with a goal of their own, courtesy of Manav Dukhande’s finish leveling the score at 1-1. The Strikers’ dominance persisted in the second half as they thwarted United Villagers’ attempts. Vikram Singh’s precise header into the post further solidified the Strikers’ lead, bringing the score to 4-1.

With this impressive performance, the Mumbai Strikers surged ahead in Group C, earning three crucial points from the victory. The match showcased a stark contrast between the two halves, with both teams playing decently in the first half, but the Strikers clearly dominating in the second.

Overall in the game, Mumbai Strikers, exhibited a complete control of the game after the initial hiccups, securing a convincing win and moving couple of places up in the Mumbai Super League Group C table.
