  • Group Stage: The six winners from Round II will be divided into two groups of three teams each, playing in a league format to determine which two teams from each group advance to the semi-finals.
  • Direct Qualification: MYJ-GMSC or Central Bank of India, due to a Round II bye, will automatically advance to Round III and await their group-stage assignments.
  • Continuity in Card Penalties: In line with MFA’s guidelines, any cards accumulated by players will carry over through each stage of the tournament.
