Football 5 vs 5 of Mumbai Games to begin from Jan 5

The multi-sport event will have football kicking off in the first weekend of 2019 and participants can register up to December 29

SportzConsult presents Mumbai’s very own Olympics – Mumbai Games, a one of its kind initiative that brings Mumbaikars together and gives them a chance to play for their own Contingent similar to international sporting events like Olympics or Commonwealth games.

It is world’s first city-level franchise-based, multi-sport, multi-age sports extravaganza that does not need one to be a professional to play.

Of the multi-family discipline, football will commence in the first weekend of 2019 and a 5 vs 5 version of the game will be held. The tournament will be played across 2 weeks and in a league cum knockout manner.

Various age group categories are available for participation starting from U12 to veterans while in women 16 and above can participate. Goodie Bag with t-shirts and gift vouchers worth over Rs. 1,000/- would be provided for all participants along with a workshop about the game.

    Apart from medals and champions cup, cash prizes will be given to youth, open & veterans category
