India drop a place in latest FIFA Women’s ranking

The USA maintained  their No.1 position in the updated FIFA Women’s ranking

The Indian Women’s National Football team has dropped a place in the new, updated FIFA rankings. According to the latest ranking, the Bala Devi-captained side is ranked 60th in the list. They were ranked 59 in the previous list.

USA maintained their No.1 ranking in this list also, while Germany improved a position to feature second in the new ranking. Another European giant, France improved two places to rank third on the list. Haiti improved a massive 51 places and is 67th in this ranking.

Amongst the Asian teams, Japan improved massively and is ranked 6th in the list. While Australia dropped two places to feature 8th. In this list, India is ranked 13th, just behind Iran, who is ranked 58th.
