If Ronaldo leaves, I’d be happy: Rakitic

Cristiano Ronaldo is linked with moves to Manchester United and Paris Sent Germain
Real Madrid’s triumph in the UEFA Champions League for a consecutive third time was a historic achievement. But, Real Madrid don’t have time to celebrate it again, instead, have problems that need immediate solutions.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale hinting at leaving Real Madrid this summer. Zinedine Zidane’s shocking resignation. Multiple coaches ruling out a Real Madrid move. Things couldn’t get any worse.
Now, FC Barcelona’s midfielder Ivan Rakitic has come with an opinion that would face the wrath of the fans. Speaking to Marca, Rakitic was asked about Cristiano Ronaldo rumours. The Croatian midfielder explained that it was hard to believe, saying ” I find it hard to believe that he’d go,” the Croatia star said. “But things change quickly in football… and if he does, I’m not going to lie, I’d be happy.”
Rakitic was an integral part in the FC Barcelona crew that clinched the domestic double this season. He will be having more responsibilities in the upcoming season as Iniesta is no longer with the Catalonian club.
Elsewhere, Ronaldo, after a dismal start to the season, made impressive and stunning statistics since the turn of the year, and have helped Real Madrid clinch their third consecutive UEFA Champions League trophy. Both Cristiano Ronaldo and Ivan Raktic are playing in the upcoming FIFA World Cup and will be hoping to script some impressive performances.
